Pricing

Fees are calculated on a calendar day basis, regardless of time of check in or out.  Our prices are gst inclusive and current from 1st November 2019.

Please book carefully in school holidays as clients will be charged on days booked, not days used due to expected high demand in peak periods.

Cats

• All cats                  $17.50 per day

Dogs

• Small Dogs            $20 per day
• Medium Dogs       $22 per day
• Large Dogs            $24 per day

A Christmas period surcharge of $5 per day per pet applies between and including 20 December to 31 January.

Payment

All accounts must be paid in full prior to, or on  delivery or collection.  Payment form must be cash, cheque or direct deposit through net banking. 

No eftpos or credit available.

Hydrobaths for our guests

If you would like to indulge your pet and have him or her freshly shampooed for pickup, we offer an onsite hydrobath service or phone ahead for an appointment time.

Special Services/Requests

Please discuss your requirements with us. We will be happy to accommodate if possible.  

A small charge of $2 per day applies for special food requests and administering medication.
